When you request an MP4 video, the backend analyzes the actual streams provided by the source. High-definition resolutions (such as 1080p, 1440p, and 4K) are combined into a single, compliant MP4 container before serving it to you.
You can select from 64 kbps, 128 kbps, 192 kbps, 256 kbps, and 320 kbps. The backend extracts the original audio stream and encodes it into MP3 with verified audio parameters. We never artificially claim to restore audio beyond the original master fidelity.
Yes. The backend is built specifically to operate within shared web hosting constraints. It uses PHP 8.2+, bounded execution timeouts, SQLite or MySQL database persistence, chunked file delivery without high memory usage, and automatic cleanup of temporary files.
Completed files are stored in a private directory outside the public web root and are retained for a configurable period (defaulting to 60 minutes). After this retention window, an automatic cleanup task deletes the files to maintain server storage hygiene.
You may only download content for which you hold the requisite copyright, rights, or explicit permission from the rights holder, or material in the public domain. The service does not circumvent DRM, paywalls, or protected accounts.
Videos longer than two hours or extremely high resolutions require substantial data transfer and processing time. In addition, sources that are restricted, private, or region-blocked will be honestly rejected by the server rather than serving empty files.
